Crop Spraying
We carry out our spraying operations with two self propelled Bateman sprayers.
These are equipped for 12,18,20 and 24 meter boom widths using flotation, standard and row crop wheels as required for field conditions.
Fertilizer is applied with an electronically controlled mounted spreader. This light weight and versatile machine is ideal to suit field and
crop conditions using either flotation or row crop wheels. Also suitable for the application of slug pellets.
Potato Operations
Our business has been involved with all aspects of potato growing and has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in all potato operations. This includes Seed bed preparation, Ridging, Destoning, Planting, Crop spraying and Potato harvesting. With latest technology fitted to the ridging tractors this ensures high standards and precision throughout the whole operation.
Crop Operations
We are able to provide for all types of cultivation requirements from ploughing to minimum tillage. Seed bed preparation or stubble cultivation can be achieved through effective utilization of our systems to suit different soil types and conditions. Our range of cultivation equipment includes ploughs, subsoilers, a deep combination cultivator, disc cultivator and culti-press.
We have various drilling options to achieve crop establishment from cultivator drill to power harrow drill. We operate with 4m and 6m power harrow combination drills which have achieved good results over a wide range of seed bed conditions. We also have a 6m cultivator drill which is primarily for min till systems.
